Here's the Interview: One-on-One with Head Cash
Head Cash | Miami, FL
1. How did you come into wanting to become a rapper?
As a young boy I watched rappers like "Bow Wow" and "Lil Romeo" do their thing and wondered what if I was in the game at that age. So I Started off writing poems before I took off rapping.
2. What separates your music from other artists? Describe yourself as an artist?
What seperstes me the most would be how diverse my delivery is. As an artist I would say I make it easy to illustrate my idea for the listeners.
3. What artists do you look up to?
Honestly even in this age in time I would say I still look up to "Lil Wayne". Just off of the strength of what that man brought to the game.
4. Why is pursuing your music important to you?
It's important to me because I don't think I would live with out it. I could imaging the crazy shit I'd be doing if I wasn't foucused on 16 bars at a time.
5. With you being from your city, did the sound of early hip-hop/rap influence your music in anyway?
I don't think the sound of early hip hop influenced me because of my city. But my choice of music did, maybe me being from the south played a part though.
6. What direction you think you're settling for your city music scene?
The direction would be more on a "Realistic" point of view. My city alone is a MOVIE so all we would have to do is live the lyrics
7. What do you think will help your city artists become more mainstream?
To tell you guys the truth i feel like my city is on the verge of being great. One by one we should all get noticed for being ourselves. Thanks to those that paved a way for all of that.
8. Where can fans find you?
YouTube? SoundCloud?
Both YouTube and SoundCloud search up "Head Cash" also most digital music outlets like Apple Music, Spotify, google play and so on!
